small component missing near the battery connector

I havea problem on my iphone i accidentally missed the very small gold componet that connects th connector to board the phone still chrges but i really need to fix it because its jumping high when charging or jumping low when using .i have a spare board how can i fix it to deal with its continuity i mean probably the easiest way .i wish their could be vids or pro tht can hlp me fixit.thanks a lot

Alright, not the end of the world, if you have a smd station and some flux on hand? That part is mostly plastic and will burn, however I've found if you add enough flux, it won't. That's basically the trick. In this instance you'll have to safely remove from the donor board, tin the pads on the desired board and repeat to reseat the connector. The picture is the best I can give where I'm at
