Moto X Play XT1635 boot looping after LCD replacement

I replace the screen on a Moto XT1635 and it is now boot looping.
Any suggestions ?

My guess is the board had too much pressure put on it and was bent too much.
The adhesive under the logic board is too much + strong requiring the need for a heatgun to weaken the adhesive while separating the adhesive from the board.
I have opened one of these before and did not damage the board.

Personally I don't like repairing some of these Motorola phones just because of that.

this is my second time opening moto 1600 series. but it dont make sence. any more solutions?
