Why want my lg 60pn6500 plasma turn on?

TV hit yesterday by lightning, no lights on. Except when I turned the lights off in the room you could still see the backlight on.

Can you call up any menu functions? I have seen some cases where lightning/power surges have traveled through a satellite or cable box and damaged the input board. if you can get the menu up, then it is likely your input/main board.
