Hi,
When I am having phone conversation, not on speaker, still everyone around me can hear my conversations and the other person in line, even though it is on my ear.
How can I solve it?

Hi,
The easiest solution, turn the volume down.
The earpiece speaker has quite some volume, as it is also used for a speaker for music (stereo) so they beefed it up a little, just turn down volume during a call, problem solved. :-)

I tried that already :) but when I lower it too much, I don't hear well. In order for others not to hear, I need to lower the volume to a level I barely hear. Thought maybe there is some hidden setting I don't know.

Well an alternative if you don't mind is using earbuds that have a in-line microphone.
That way you will only hear the conversation from the earpods (louder and others can't hear it) and the microphone being used will be the in-line microphone on the earpod cable itself.
Microphone isn't too great depending on what kind of earphones with in-line mic you get.
