Snug 6000mAh Powerbank is not charging

My snug powerbank wont charge. It is only a few weeks old, and i used it daily. Usually where the led's display the percentage of the powerbank, it just displays an 'A' .

The powerbank was a gift, so i can't return it since i doubt the person still has the proof of purchase.

Any ideas as to what may be the issue?
