Broken screen wont trust to pc
my iphon6 screen is broken and new screen touch not work i have password how to trust with my pc..

You will have to take it to someone that does microsoldering as it's most likely the touch IC chip gone bad as you have already tried a new screen. Sometimes replacement screens can be faulty (Dead on arrival / DOA).
You might want to take it to a repair shop to try another screen just to rule out a bad replacement screen. After that take it to a micro soldering technician to get them to replace the touch IC chip which is on the logic board.

The repair man said the chip of icc touch pin is damag from board its not possible to make touch ...
There is a certain pin / pad that often goes bad for the touch ic chip that needs to be rewired / jumped when the chip gets replaced.
I think @refectio knows about this or @theimedic
On the 6Plus, it is the M1 pad that needs to be jumpered. The M1 pad is responsible for for a synchronisation signal from the SOC so when it is broken or erratic, you get Touch issues. As for the 6, that same pad is quite solid. There are a few other traces that look fragile (L1) but it doesn't appear to be a common problem.
