Got a smart watch and now the sound won't work

So I bought a smart watch online and it got delivered this morning. Hocked it up and everything. Everything is going great but later on in the day im trying to put on a YouTube video and for some strange reason the sound on my phone was going to the smart watch. This wasn't happening all day but now it is.. I don't get it..
