Can I charge my Laptop through dock station

Hello everyone. I have a Dell E7450 with a faulty charging circuit. An IC (PD5) close to the DC jack burnt due over voltage therefore the computer is showing `plug in not charging`. My question here is, are there any chances that the computer will charge through dock station? Below is the picture of the fault on the motherboard, thanks.
