My guitar amp fm212 when i plug input jack makes popcorn noise, when i plug the guitar cable make hudge noise like pumping ur popcorns pumping.... when i take the jack of finish, i tested several jack cables and diferent channel amp even the pre in and makes same noise,...

true when theres nothing plug in theres no noise, only when i plug any cable even working one i`ve tested in other amp, does that sound like popcorns…. will try to replace the input jack piece.

Sounds like you either have a jack that has broken the solder connections to the circuit board or a piece of a plug came off and is stuck inside the jack or else you have a jack that the plug is just too loose due to age and slight bending of the parts that make contact inside the jack. Of course it might just be a bit of corrosion in the jack. I am assuming of course that the “popcorn” sound goes away when there is nothing plugged into that jack.

This does sound like bad jacks, no noise with nothing plugged in, same noise with different cables plugged in. I would replace the jacks with high quality parts.
