M7 showing blurred display after screen replace.

Peace,

I got HTC One M7 from a friend and I renewed it with parts that I bought online.

Lcd connector was opened, by me, to the wrong position and a tiny piece is broken, now i am getting blurred/stripes/snow and i don't know if i recieved it like that. I mean, I defenetly broke the connector but I am not sure if the display was fine before.

I want to know if replacing the connector is worth a shot or could it be IC related issue ?

That's what the problem will be.

You'll need to micro solder a new chip on. That'll be why your screen is the way it is
