All 4 windows will not work.

I have changed almost every fuse, the manual does 'not show exactly were the fuse goes it shows a cluster of 3 different things(like pwr windows, rear foglight and something else) but on the fuse box cover the#fuse does not match . Checked motor in door, cleaned it and did a check to make sure power was running threw. I heard there may be something behind my glove box . Im trying anything summer is coming ugh.... And my sunroof works fine.
