Is there a teardown available, or pending for this model?

I received one of these as a gift with a Samsung phone a couple of months ago

It mists up after about 30 minutes but the blurb on other sites suggests it has an internal fan that should cut in , an upgrade over the 322 model allegedly.

Does it have one and if so, is there a way of controlling it to come on earlier ?
