Can't Find HD and Not Able to reinstall New OS X

My Macbook Pro stuck at white screen after logged in.. so i decided to reinstall OS x but it cant find a hard drive to install.. so i went to DIsk Utility and cant find Maciontosh HD but i saw a hard disk ( I think that's internal hard disk ) Media something and i tried to repair disk but it turned out failed .. I saw Verified in SMART status in it.. Below That , i saw Mac OS X Base System .. it grey out the repair disk .

This Problem really driving me crazy and it's not under apple warranty .. I'm From Myanmar and it's hard for me to trust to repair in local and i'm under tight budget ..

this is my first time facing these problem and trust me , i'm totally suck at IT .. so i hope someone can solve a problem for me.. Thank you for reading !

Sounds like your hard drive failed and you need a new one. You could try reinstalling OS X before you replace it, although you will most likely have to lose all of your data. Backup your data to an external drive, replace the hard drive, and install OS X is my suggestion. iFixit has a hard drive replacement guide, and it is pretty simple if your computer is not a retina model.

Thanks For Ur Suggestion .. Do I Need to Check The SATA Cable too ? Cuz Some Other Suggestion Said Need To Change the Sata cable too..
