THe screen shows that the music is playing. ONe channel is coming through that plays the bass, drums, etc. The other channel that plays the voice is not working.

iPod shows all 22 devices where you can then select your ipod from and go to the individual headphone jack replacement section. Each manual will also guide you to the appropriate parts. Let us know if you need more help. Good luck.
