Why wont it turn on? It says: "unfortunately system ui has stopped
What can be done to fix?

Usually uninstalling the last app you installed will fix the problem or the app you were trying to use if you get no joy do a factory reset but remember that this will delete all your info so back it up before you do. Hope this helps

Unfortunately the system won't go further after reset. It ask for "Select Language" and stuck with "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped." After you press "Start," it said "Unfortunately, Setting has stopped." And it goes back to system UI has stopped again. It won't go beyond this.
