I am having the same issue. Have cleaned the vac from top to bottom twice, removed some clogs (cathair), took the vac apart and changed the filters. One clog was in the handle between the junction of the Suction Release coupler and goes backwards towards the hose connection. I cleaned that out and put it back together. After vacuuming again, the handle was clogged again, The vacuum is picking up, but when done, the canister is empty after vacuuming the room. I'm stumped. Can anyone help?

I am having the same exact problem!! My vacuum cleans and picks up the room, but the canister is empty! And the next time I go to use it it is not picking up so good, and so me and my husband take apart the vacuum and unclog the hose! We can not figure out why this keeps happening!!

I have this problem too. It seems to have a kind of block in place after the hose from the beater bar to the canister. The hose fills up with debris and not into the canister. After the hose fills up it starts falling back on the floor. I do have very good suction from the long hose. I was going to take it apart but thought I would check here first.

Take off the brush on the bottom look underneath and also take it completely off of the vacuum itself and you will find your problem, or I did anyways
