Usb ports on ps3 are not working after ylod fix

So my ps3 is now back up and running again after being Ylod'ed, but now i encountered a new problem: none of my controllers are synced to the ps3, and the 2 usb ports are not getting power onto the controllers or anything. Is there something i can do? Like what's wrong with the usb ports of the ps3, why are they not giving power to usb devices? Btw i did not use a heat gun for reflow, instead i did this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ovt_2Bq2... I did a shorter time because my hair dryer was melting the plastic at the back, but the ps3 worked, and i applied new thermal paste before i did the hairdryer trick.
