Wifi toggle grayed, time changing, bluetooth spinning

So as of lately I've been having a string of different events happen with my iPhone. The wifi toggle stopped working and is just grayed out, the Bluetooth wheel keeps spinning as if it's searching. Phone goes off at night and when it is turned back on time changes. When I tried to set it to automatic time the wheel is spinning as well. My phone is updated to the latest IOS, I've reset the network, heated up my phone (for the wifi) hard reset the phone. Could it have been that this was jail broken at a point in time and it's affecting the phone ? It was bought used after 2 months of use.
