Screen flickers white bars before the tablet Crashes

My samsung tablet keeps flickering with white bars accross the screen before it crashes and restarts for no reason. It used to only do this at 20% battery but it now does this at any charge, however it happens less frequently when it is charging. Ive alrady tried factory reset and that didnt help, i think it might be a battery issue or connection issue.
