Drone will not fly at night

Drone will take off straight up, but immediately returns home.

Flys great in the daylight, but when darkness comes, it immediately will return to home base.

Do I have to fly with lights on?

What am I doing wrong?

Options

This is probably not a hardware issue, but a feature. I have a similar model, and I do believe some of these have settings that prevent night flight. Consult DJI or your manual for this. I am not 100% sure of this, but I believe this is the case.
