A problem with the transmission of my car

I have a 1993 bmw car 730 engine 8 cylinder that the transmission at the beginning of the movement disappears the signal on the screen and start the movement on the third tigers and return to normal only after the engine is turned off and restarted ... What is the solution please

@alshehabalthaqb something seems to get lost in translation. What happens to your transmission (auto or standard). "t disappears the signal on the screen and start the movement on the third tigers and return to normal only after the engine is turned off and restarted" this is confusing. what tigers? Can you clarify this?
