I was walking to school and my phone fell on the ground. When I picked it up and turned it on there were rainbow lines. Is there a way I could fix this without spending any money??

Unfortunately this sounds like LCD damage, which means you would need your screen replacing, which costs money!
I would suggest taking it to a professional that offers 12 months warranty on their screen repairs, or you could try fix the device yourself by purchasing a screen online (ifixit sell some great quality screens! They also have great guides on how to replace your screen) but only if you're confident in taking your own phone apart. :-)
