Sure! Replace the phone ;-}

Sorry it's not really practical as you would need to replace the logic board assembly.

Short answer no as Dan said.

It's possible but you need to be highly technical and do micro soldering (Requires taking off the NAND, reprogramming the new one (requires $400 flashing box and some other micro soldering tools and station(s)) and putting it back on, I know someone that does it for the iPhone 6 and 6s.)
