How can I boost my signal in my house it will not pick up in the upper far guess bedroom

You might want to read up on mesh networks: The Best Wi-Fi Mesh-Networking Kits for Most People

Also keep in mind the WiFi frequency you are using also plays a part in this. 2.4 GHz goes farther but is slower than 5.0 GHz. Using either a mesh or extender will use what it can connect to the base. To make this work you often need a few remotes (mesh) to get the full bandwidth of the 5.0 GHz band.

Clearly your other alternative here is to extend your wired network if you can route the wire between your base Router to the more distant location you wish to connect into. Then, place a second WiFi router at this location.
