Where is the BIOS jumper?
I am trying to clear the HDD password.

@cranium BIOS jumpers are a thing of the past. Your model does not utilize any jumpers and you will need to get in touch with Toshiba to get this resolved, or you can try a different HDD. If you use a new HDD you will also need a copy of your OS and will not have any access to the files on the locked HDD
