Ok so you did a restore, but then you restored it to the backup, that has the code. So you need to restore it/set up as a new phone

I just restored it in dfu on a pc that is new, without any backup. How can i make a restore without having that passcode?

by

After the dfu restore, the iPhone will ask you if you want to restore to a backup, or set up as a new phone

But i restore it to DFU and didint restore it to backup. When the phone is restored( on the screeen is the writing HEllo and under it it says click home button)- like a new iphone. Then you click the home and the passcode is still there. I didnt have the option to seti it as new iphone or restore it from a bbackup because the passcode doesnt let me in the start menu....

When you say passcode, do you mean letters, or the number pad?

by

There is no way that "I" know off that a DFU restore will lead to an iPhone still locked with a passcode. Either that was an update your performed, or you restored a backup. Since you're saying there is no back-up available to restore from, I'm leaning towards the update option...
