My USB doesn't appeared as if it's plugged on..

Hi,

I've a problem with my USB (flash driver).

When I plugged it into my PC, it doesn't appear that it's plugged in. Actually this happened with me once last week, but it started working again after few hours. I'm now using another one, but I really want the files which were puttin' onto it :(

If you guys know how can I restore my files, please help me!!

Options

Take it to someone that does soldering. They may be able to get it working again.

Sounds like a contact issue with the USB port of the flash drive board itself (Hopefully it is that and not a faulty USB).
