Thank you everyone helped me in sound problem which I have , as you can see in this video that the problem is from right fan , and now I can safely order the right fan .

Yeah that sounds like a fan to me. Take the back off and press on the center of the fan and see if it reseats. Also, at that time you can disconnect the fan and actually see if I am correct.

Just yesterday I received the tools to open my mac , and yes it's the Fan , and I will add video explaining the source of this sound

Thanks for posting the video. Did you try pressing the center of the fan hub hard to see if it needed reseating?

It is probably from the speaker, as if the fan was doing that, the MacBook would probably overheat and shut off.
