Is there a way to replace the front glass without taking the sceen out

I dropped my galaxy s8+ there was a tiny pebble on the ground the edge hit and did the shattered only the right edge of my phone it spiderwebed thought the edge of the phone. Is there a way to take the glass off and replace it with out replacing the whole screen.

My phone I've had a total of 16 days i was waiting on my case i dropped it on my kitchen floor it cracked at the bottom my screen is cracked to what to do
