Broken strap with brand new bag (Patagonia Mini Messenger 12L)

Hello wonderful Pantagonia staff,

I purchased my Pantagonia mini messenger bag at REI last fall and totally in love with it. I am a doctor and it works so well as a medicine bag, it fits all of my equipment in it. I've been keeping it in brand new condition. Unfortunately, last week, my puppy decided to chew the strap off when my mini bag were sharing the back seat with her! I am totally devastated.

I am a big fan of Pantagonia and this bag means so much to me since it's been with me in my journey so far. I am writing to see if you'll be able to fix the strap for me so i can continue to carry my bag. You can reach me at voelise@gmail.com
