Options

Starter spin engine will not kick over

I have a 99 EZ Go I have changed the battery and now when I hit the gas the starter will spin but the engine will not kick over nor do I have a reverse buzzer. I have changed the solenoid and the mircoswitch and still the same problem any suggestions?
