Why is only my front camera having an orange neon tint to it?

Hi guys I'm experiencing an issue with my iPhone 5s as described above.

The front camera has a bright orange tint only in the front camera. Any ideas. It's not a filter as I already tried that.

Also if I try taking a picture in front camera the orange tint is still present?

Any other ideas guys?

Options

Do a camera replacement it will most of the time fix the issue.

The Next Option could be a bad screen or software Vector have you tried a screen replacment on the device?
