Why can't I hear during my calls?

I've had this phone for almost a year now. About 2 months ago I couldn't hear anything on my calls I made or received. If I made a call I would hear a beep then nothing after that and when I received calls I would hear nothing at all. I tried using Bluetooth and speaker phone but I still can't hear anything. Factory reset twice and I recently did it today without signing in to anything and now I can only hear the tone before a call then nothing else. I also tried turning off wifi calling and VoLTE but they didnt work. But my phone calls work perfectly when I use what'sapp to make a call. And also people can hear me on the calls its just I can't hear them. Does anyone have a clue on how to fix this? I'm lost.
