My laptop won't booting

When I power on my laptop, it wont boot and when I connect my charger, the fan starts and LED light flashes for about three seconds and then everything stops. Please help.

What happened before this? Any liquid damage or was it dropped?

There was no liquid pour nor was it dropped.
