Flickering backlight after rebuilding backlight circuit

I replaced the diode, the driver, and the three capacitors. I had to run a jumper from the diode to the pad under the driver because I lifted the pad. Any ideas why im getting a weak and flickering backlight?

Did ya check the filters? Also maybe double check your jump?

Ill check the filters, but would it work at all if the jumper wasnt connected?

And how should i check the filters? Continuity.. resistance? Im fairly new at this haha

I'm gonna call in the calvalry @refectio

Why did you change the three capacitors?

My first suspicion is a bad connection on the jumper, underneath the driver. You'll also want to check FL2024/FL2025/FL2026. They should measure as a dead short. I would also probe the voltages on the circuit to insure everything is okay.

I changed the three because one of them was short to ground. I dont have the schematic in front of me, but i think we are talking about the same three? What voltage should i be getting?
