Flickering backlight after rebuilding backlight circuit

I replaced the diode, the driver, and the three capacitors. I had to run a jumper from the diode to the pad under the driver because I lifted the pad. Any ideas why im getting a weak and flickering backlight?

Why did you change the three capacitors?

My first suspicion is a bad connection on the jumper, underneath the driver. You'll also want to check FL2024/FL2025/FL2026. They should measure as a dead short. I would also probe the voltages on the circuit to insure everything is okay.

I changed the three because one of them was short to ground. I dont have the schematic in front of me, but i think we are talking about the same three? What voltage should i be getting?
