So, if you change the Lightning dock, and you still have the issue, and you've checked. This new Lightning dock is known good? And the fpc connector socket is good? Then you'll have to go after the Qualcomm? Yeah I believe this

Which is not reall an easy repair. Takes a lot of equipment and experience to replace. I hear iPad Rehab does good work, and they have a mail in service. If you're in the other side of the ocean, I heard STS? Are good, and have a mail in service
