multi-coloured lines going up and down my screen causing it to freeze.

what does it mean when my phone has many multi-coloured lines going up the screen causing it to freeze and all my screen having blackouts, does anybody know what part of my phone is causing all this to happen?

If you got it fixed by someone under 30 days they should replace the screen for no charge under warranty.

Either a loose screen connection, damaged screen FPC connectors on the logic board or a faulty screen.

You will have to open up and check.

Follow up to step 18 and check if connectors on board look damaged or dirty (corrosion white marks, dust on connectors, physically damaged pins / plastic of connector).

If it looks fine, plug the screen connectors back in and try turning it on again. Still the same? Consider replacing the screen.
