i can see the screen but there is no backlight
i see the screen but there is no backlight i try the settings but it wont turn on how do i fix this problem

the could be a couple possible reasons. One,have you tried going to your setting to see if you put your back light on? Two,have to tried a hard reset? If these do not work, you might just need a new screen because the lcd leds might be burned out. You can purchase a new screen off of here or ebay.
