Reflash Firmware with Black Sceen

After Downgrade Fire OS 5.3 to 5.1 which echo success and reboot, the Tablet stuck on "black screen of death"

Did anyone fix it? Bootloader offers NO Rescue or Fastboot, Replug Battery fails!
