Can I upgrade my screen?

I have an ASUS U36SD-A1 which I bought 6 years ago. Even today, I still consider it has got a decent hardware. Only thing that bugging me is the 1366x768 resolution screen. I'd like to know if there's any compatible 1080p LCD panel to replace it. Maybe the LCD from the ZenBook series. Can you give me any idea or tips to do the DIY upgrade?

Unfortunately, according to Asus, that is the only resolution released for this model.

You can connect an external monitor, however, and the internal video card can handle it at higher resolutions.

I know Acer made only 1 type of screen for U36SD. I am just wondering if I could take other 1080p display from different models (i.e, ZenBook) and retrofit it into my laptop.
