Somehow I have a black circle with a white box inside and reads written words when swiped over them will not go away! I've looked everywhere and I just can't get it to go away.....HELP

Try to restart the phone.
Hold down the power button and then hit the shut down option.
Then turn it back on.
If that doesnt work, report back and i'll figure other options out.
