Touch doesn't work after screen replacement Google Nexus 5

I had a cracked screen and I replaced it with a new screen. It powers and I can see the notifications and other aspects. But the touch worked for few minutes and has stopped working now. I tried reassemble the screen again but it was not of any use.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Check that there is no damage to the pins on the screen and daughterboard connectors as they could have been damaged by the repair. If they have been you will need to replace either the screen or the daughterboard depending on which is damaged.

Otherwise it is probably a faulty screen, you'll need to get a new one to test.
