i may have a 3rd party battery in my iphone 6 plus, the guy never told me type of iphone battery he put in when i wanted a brand new one replaced; because everytime i charge my phone its stay at 1%, i bought a brand new apple charger and it still won't charge over 1%, whats seems to be the problem with the "so call new battery" he put in?

You should go back to the repair shop and have them test your replacement battery. It is possible that it is defective (although they should have tested that first).
Use a genuine, original Apple Lightning cable and Charger to eliminate the possibility that one of those elements is not causing the problem. If the problem is related to the phone, it could be your battery, or charge port or logic board. Considering you just changed the battery, that is the first thing to troubleshoot.
