stuck on 18 minutes on the bulky cycle, how to fix this problem?
put the clothes in and select bulky cycle and it stops on the 18 min. remaining. the water is going into the tub and the tub is trying to spin but it will not cycle out to start the tub spinningat a faster speed to rinse.
