There are black and white lines appear on my iPhone 6.

I took off the screen and then I put them back together again, thereafter I power on the black and white lines appear from top to the bottom of the screen.

So if you can't get it back to working normal, after disconnecting battery and reseating the connections and reconnecting the battery, the display is likely damaged, and you'll need to get a new one. It's on the outside, but you can try cleaning the sockets on the logic board and socket connectors on the display assembly, with 90% or higher isopropyl alcohol. Kind of a far reach though

You must not have seat the LCD cable properly. Just open it back up, flip up the lock, wipe off the contacts, put it back in lock it and put the screen back.
