What does error code 410 mean though

I haven't found a list of all the errors, but from the suggestions around the net, error 410 means download corrupt, or download interrupted.

There are some suggestions of Removing the google account and adding it back, format the cache partition, and try to redownload using a high speed wifi connection.

You could try flashing the update with Odin I don’t have the link handy right now unfortunately you would just download Odin on a windows pc download the Verizon 7.0 firmware connect your phone to the pc in download mode select the proper files for the proper sections and hit start. Look up Odin instructions on google first though. Sorry for lack of punctuation I’m on my spare phone after a screen failure waiting on the parts. Odin is basically a replacement for Ota updates for rooted Samsung devices

I got the error and I'm not rooted. Never had an issue before.

The USA snapdragon variant can't be rooted anyways. At least not in a publicly known way. If it could I'd root because I can't stand the bloat or Samsungs customized version of Android.
