Yasmin Gomez, If you have already tried different settings, not on battery save mode and nothing helps, you may have gotten a faulty screen, return for replacement/refund. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.

It was after I separated the old broken screen from the lcd and cleaned it, I turned it on before putting the new screen on and it was dark, I thought that it will fix it self after putting the new screen on, I don't know may be it was the heat that damaged it?

What did you use to clean the exposed LCD screen ?

by

Debonder came with the loca glue, I have used it before and it worked fine

@yasmingomez ,Yasmin, Take the phone back apart, clean/check/reseat all connections and check for damage wires, loose/burnt components if none found probable bad LCD.

Sounds like you only put in a new glass with the same dark LCD. If your screen is dark, you will need to replace the LCD itself. Did you replace the LCD as well as the glass? If not, this is the issue and you'll need to buy a replacement.

But it wasn't dark before?? That's why I'm trying to figure out what happened because it was perfectly fine before the separation?
