Guys my ps4 doesn't send video signals but it turns on perfectly and i already inspected the hdmi cable and monitor's hdmi port. Now i'm pretty sure the problem is the ps4's hdmi port so i want to know if i can order a hdmi and replace it by myself ( if you comment with a link ).

It sounds like you probably have an HDMI port problem. It could also be the HDMI ic chip but that is not as common. While I rarely recommend the average consumer tries this fix themselves I'll link my repair video below so you can decide for yourself. Here's the link:

Most likely it will need an HDMI port or the ic chip. The emi filters can go bad as well , components and traces need to be tested for continuity. Here is a picture of these components https://asappcfix.com/pix/emi.jpg. The ic chip and emi filters are located on the opposite side of the motherboard under the heat shield. You will need about 480 to 500 degrees Celsius to remove the shield. Here is a photo of that as well https://asappcfix.com/pix/emi-s.jpg.
