Reasons why front camera/ earpiece speaker / prox sensor doesn't work?

Hey guys,

Took my iPhone 5s to a repair shop to get screen fixed.

Front camera prox sensor and earpiece speaker now not working

Took it back, they tried a different camera to no avail, told me it was software problems

So I restored the phone to no luck ether

Any ideas of things to try to fix this?

Most likely either one or a combination of both:

Earpiece speaker bracket not screwed in properly, front earpiece ribbon flex cable assembly damaged or damaged made to the FPC connector pins on the logic board

This is the FPC connector

Does it look damaged? Not entirely sure what looks right/ wrong??
