Fan connector pinout on system board?

Fan connector on the system board was broken. I obtained a new one, and had a local cell repair shop solder it in (since I'm not skilled with anything that small). Fan works, but runs full speed, and my fan monitoring software says 0 RPM. So I've got power to the fan, but obviously no tach signal coming back. Does anyone know the pinout for this?
